Founder’s highlight

Spectrm Studio is founded by Prachi Bhruguwar, a visionary design leader with more than 30 years of experience shaping design practices and leading transformation across global organizations.

Prachi has built and scaled large experience design teams, institutionalized UX and design practices, and delivered impactful solutions across industries including eCommerce, Travel, Media, Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, and Enterprise services. Her leadership journey includes senior roles at Designit–Wipro, where she managed India, South East Asia and Middle East. Prior to Wipro she has worked with IBM Consulting, Accenture Digital, and Cybage, where she drove design-led growth, mentored high-performing teams, and collaborated closely with global clients and innovation groups.

With SpectrmStudio, Prachi brings together decades of creative leadership and strategic thinking to help organizations simplify complexity through design. The studio focuses on creating meaningful experiences that reduce cognitive load, improve employee experience, engage customers, strengthen brand recognition, and drive business growth.
